We founded Ship Essential with the mission to be an extension of your brand. Back in 2020, we saw a gap in the fulfillment partner landscape: founders had to disconnect from their beloved products if they wanted help with fulfillment because most 3PLs were far from their home city. That's why we launched in NYC & still call it (our first) home today. Being based in the biggest cities in the US, we’re able to meet our brand partners and founders where they are, and we have the ability to work alongside one another.
Operating out of NYC, we successfully bring the partnership and accessibility back to where the founders are. We pride ourselves on being fast, flexible, and accessible, with a unique ability to customize workflows to align with our partners’ operations. This is why we’re so excited to launch our second home in Los Angeles, CA to serve even more brilliant founders & brands.
One of the unique workflows we’re excited to offer in both NYC and LA is fulfill-from-store. Our team will pick up products from your retail location or pop-up shop and fulfill your e-commerce orders around the world. Through this workflow you can also take advantage of same-day delivery or local pickup for faster delivery times.
Being bi-coastal unlocks omni-channel efficiencies for our brand partners of all sizes. Not only are we able to fulfill-from-store but we can scale & experiment as you do. We love helping our brands efficiently pop-up by keeping inventory flowing, from warehouse to pop-up, to fulfilling on the go to customers around the world. Not to mention, dozens of eco-friendly solutions are created by having a hub on either coast, being close to where your customers are, both DTC & B2B.
At the end of the day, it’s the people who make all the difference, which is why our team is on the ground, everyday, responding with a real-time look at inventory and orders.
